THE MEDIATION IN THE DIFFERENT PUBLIC SPHERES 2021 CONFERENCE PROCEEDINGS, 2022, issue 1, 84-92

Abstract: The study of the principles of the organization of the activity of health mediators can be based on the dichotomy of principles of law and principles in law. The study is based on a comparative legal analysis between the principles of mediation as a means of resolving legal disputes and the principles of mediation between vulnerable groups of persons and state institutions with regard to the realization of health rights.
