Abstract:
The present paper presents the novelties in the field of mediation in the digital services sector in the light of the Digital Services Act (Regulation EU 2022/2065) and the Regulation of transparency between business-and-platform (Regulation EU 2019/1150). The new possibility for certification of out-of-court dispute settlement bodies by the national Digital services coordinator is examined in detail.
