Abstract:
This paper aims to present the role of acquiring knowledge and skills in mediation within the training of staff for tourism. In this regard, the need to use mediation methods in managing tourism business and tourist services is first considered. On this basis, approaches for introducing mediation in education in the professional field of "Tourism" and the potential effects are presented.
