Abstract:
Conflict situations in educational organizations are not rare nowadays. That makes the problem significant and requires the development of effective strategies. Cooperation and good communication are essentioal for their success. The objective of the present report is to resume scientific data and findings which refer to the importance of constructive conflict resolution and to reveal the requirements for the successful use of appropriate communication and cooperation techniques and approaches for the development of conflict management strategies and programs in schools and universities.
