Abstract:
The paper presents the main levels, innovative practices and barriers to digital civic participation in public policies. Digitalization is seen not only as a means of upgrading analog processes, but as an opportunity to create a fundamentally new type of tools for a fast, convenient and innovative way to involve citizens in the government of social processes. The focus is on issues related to the environment that stimulates participation, including through digital tools.
