Economic Science, education and the real economy: Development and interactions in the digital age, 2020, issue 1, 370-377

Abstract: The educational process is a dialogue in the form of communication and interchange of meanings. The essence of the distance learning is based on modern digital technologies. Its roots are in the perception of education as a protected legal asset and the constitutional principle of compulsory education places the problem of its implementation. A number of challenges arise in this respect, such as distance learning in universities, training of persons with disabilities, training during a state of emergency.
