Abstract: The report looks at the features and principles of the green economy and considers it as an approach that helps to address the problems of slowing economic growth and job losses, as well as the continued deterioration of environmental quality and ecosystem degradation. On this basis, the links between the green economy and the concept of sustainable development are revealed and the ability of green economy to contribute to the achievement of the sustainable development goals.
