Abstract: With each passing day, consumers, particularly students, expect more intelligent and personalized services. The keyto providing such services is the concept of a personalized model. Applying appropriate personalized learning models to students is a process that is filled with many challenges. The main purpose of the current report is to explore the challenges that impede the design and implementation of models that are strictly customized to the interests of students. In order to achieve this goal, it is necessary to explore the contemporary factors that are essential in designing personalization models. The factors are mainly related to the requirements of the business towards professionalism among students, as well as the goals set by the state for the education improvement. In order to achieve this goal, it is also necessary to investigate the technologies by which the personalization of models is realized and by which successful implementation of the personalized models is ensured in the students' education.
