Abstract: In times of crisis, communication skills are crucial. The purpose of this report is to examine whether there is a link between the possession of a communication skill and the way in which conflicts are managed. For this purpose, 100 people, 50 men and 50 women, in different age groups, with different educational level and position in the management of the company in which they work, were examined and the results obtained were analyzed. The conclusion of the study is that things are strictly individual, but there are several communication skills that can lead to more effective conflict management.
