Abstract:
Digitalization of trade and quality assurance of the goods offered are elements that are related to the global sustainable development strategy. The purpose of the study is to systematize the diversity of approaches in assessing the quality of goods and its perception by consumers in a comparative analysis of real and online purchases. The analytical descriptive method is applied. Consumer satisfaction is a major factor in product quality assurance. The results show that the level of satisfaction with digital consumption is one of the essential elements for improving the quality of goods offered.
