Abstract:
The starting software companies are a new organizational form that develops a software product. The article is focused to the management and needof a specific information system. The specific features of a starting software companies, their goals, and conditions of operation are analyzed. Publications are examined on the topic at theoretical level. Articles and different opinions are analyzed and conclusions are drawn.
