Abstract: Varna is a city with a significant number of sites of immovable cultural heritage. This is a resource that should be protected and managed rationally, in order to preserve the authentic appearance of the objects of immovable cultural heritage, preservation of the cultural history of Varna and the sustainable development of the city as a tourist center. The aim of the author is to present the state of the immovable cultural heritage of the city of Varna.
