Abstract: The modern requirements for sustainable development, as well as the high level of competition between the individual economic entities impose the need to look for different opportunities for effective management of the construction company. Issues related to the optimal management of construction production are always relevant and a priority. In this regard, in this report the author tries to propose a global economic-mathematical model for optimizing the production program of the construction company, taking into account various restrictive conditions related to the specifics of construction production.
