SOURSES OF RISK IN THE ACTIVITY OF THE CONSTRUCTION COMPANY

Abstract: The construction sector is one of the most important sectors of the economy, where the level of risk is significantly high. That is why in this report the author aims to identify the most significant sources of risk in the activities of the construction company. There are two main tasks that the author is trying to solve. The first is related to the attempt to clarify the essence of the concept of risk, based on a summary of the most common definitions in the scientific literature. The second is related to the consideration of various reasons that pose a risk in the activity of the construction company.
