CONSTRUCTION IN CONDITIONS OF PANDEMIC AND UNFAVORABLE CLIMAT CHANGES

Abstract: During the last two years the world is in a global crease, provoked by the situation not well in hand pandemic COVID – 19. Together with the pandemic is available not favorable tendency in climate changes – UN has noticed that instead of the planed temperature retention below 1,5 degrees by 2030, there is a trend of an increase of 2,7 degrees, i.e. the world is facing dangerous climate changes. In these conditions and the new requirement of the Green Deal, restoration and sustainability difficult tasks are placed before the construction industry – one of the great employers in Europe and the World has very difficult problems to solve and to achieve the goals of transforming Europe by 2050 in to climate – neutral continent.
