Abstract:
Facility Management in Bulgaria develops quickly – the proof is the fact that the number of FM companies has been increased 3 times during the last years and almost a half of them are Bulgarian companies. This business is going to increase with approximately 20% yearly and step by step approaches the levels of the old European countries, considered to be a leader in the sphere. The challenge in front of Bulgaria is to master the increasing importance of Facility Management in the contemporary management process, including the segment food industry. This should be constantly connected with the development and putting into practice of the new technologies as well as with the ecological requirements of the new information society. It is extremely important for the Facility Management future to achieve integration of the smart technologies with stable decisions and green politics.
