Abstract: Each country's housing strategy outlines the vision, goals and priorities in this area. The national housing strategy of the Republic of Bulgaria needs to be revised and updated in order to increase its effectiveness. One of the expedient ways to increase the efficiency in the world practice is by performing a social audit.
