Abstract:
Discussion topics and thematic directions of the round table: (1) Quality of goods – formation, consumer properties, (2) Product quality expertise – legal, organizational aspects and good practices, (3) Market surveillance – requirements and good practices, (4) Business – education interconnection. The proceedings presents reports on: formation and evaluation of the quality of various types of food and industrial goods (flour, bakery products, butter, beer, cognac, shoes, cosmetics, etc.); product safety requirements and problems with innovative products; emerging food hazards; specific risks in online trading and in the activities of state market surveillance and oversight bodies; modern methods of identification and detection of counterfeits in different groups of goods; the role of standards and product certification for product guarantee and control; current issues of the commodity forensic expertise at home and abroad and application of modern methods of express analysis; training of personnel in Bulgaria for control and expertise of the goods and binding to the requirements of the business.
