Abstract:
Human resources management policy in the area of motivation and further training has a direct impact on the quality system as well. Each one of the developed procedures is part of the quality system's records and is subject to a regular audit in order to achieve continuity of the processes related to the improvement of the outcome. The main objective of the research is to re-examine and optimize the organization’s quality system, and one of the sub-objectives we are after is to assess motivation and satisfaction with the work performance among part of the company's employees. This assessment, as well as the emphasis of the most important motivating factors, will give an opportunity to review and update the human resources management policies within the organization.
