Abstract:
People are the most important resource of an organization. At the initial recruitment stage, it is very important to follow certain rules that will ensure that staff is recruited on equal terms, with transparency and clarity. This will also ensure the continued performance of the work and achievement of business organization goals. These rules are responsible for the so-called Business ethics, which is more than a set of rules. Often, when hiring potential employees, they encounter difficulties caused by the ill-treatment of future employers. In order to avoid future problems and people to do their job willingly, they must be hired in compliance with the set of rules.
