Abstract:
In recent years, the issue of staff recruitment through the intermediaryof Employment Agency's local labour offices has become particularly relevant, given the funding opportunities available to cover wages and social security contributions due from employers by participating in national and European employment assistance programs and measures. The emergence of new models of employment relations between employers and employees, as well as of new work models, determines the continuous expansion and development of the intermediary services of local labour offices. In this regard, funding opportunities for employers under employment assistance programs and measures are increasingly expanding, which is very important for the development of the national economy, especially during the economically inactive season, as well as for promoting employment of people with disabilities. For this purpose, employment assistance national programs and measures have been developed and used, as well as programs and measures financed under the Operational Program "Human Resources Development".
