Abstract:
The aim of the author in this report is to consider some challenges to the organization of work in a global pandemic and on this basis to propose solutions for more flexible work processes that change the look of the classic work week. The idea of employee motivation and productivity is considered from the point of view of the concept of Management by Objectives. Emphasis is placed on the opportunities for organizationsin the field of technology to alter and update their internal working conditions in terms of length and nature of the working week. The benefits for the economy and the employees from such transformations in the company work processes are indicated.
