Abstract:
The aim of the present study is to analyze digital telecommuting as a prerequisite for the introduction of innovations in human resources. To achieve the goal, three tasks have been performed: generalized characteristics of the digital distance work are presented; proposals have been made for the introduction of innovations that must be carried out in some of the activities of human resources in order to adapt to the new conditions; some main risks in the digital remote work are analyzed and suggestions for overcoming them are made.
