INTERNATIONAL SCIENTIFIC AND PRACTICAL CONFERENCE "HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT", 2020, issue 1, 237-243

Abstract: Emotional intelligence is the basis for the development of many emotional competencies that can be transformed into predictors of an effectively functioning work environment. With the help of certain "emotional" rules, an appropriate communicative and social work climate can be formed. It can be a solid basis for improving interpersonal contacts and overcoming social conflicts. Good knowledge and management of emotions is associated with effective goal setting and strengthens theproper management of human capital in the organization. The formation of specific emotionalskills can be achieved with digital programs, according to the needs of the respective work environment. They can successfully influence internal organizational processes as part of the employer brand. This paper presents an author's model of a digital tool for graphical visualization of the emotionally intelligent employee.
