Abstract:
Population aging, low birth rates and mortality in the developed countries creates a new type of opportunities for Human Resource Management. The aim of this article is to trace the behavioral and motivational characteristics of millennials, as this generation forms a significant part of the workforce and has a particular importance for successful managerial activities and for the achievement of organizational goals.
