Abstract:
Flexible (Agile) methodologies are the basis of one of the most modern and widely used practices for software development. People are of key importance -with the help of this concept, the formation of a staff-oriented management strategy is facilitated and team relationships come to the fore as an engine for better productivity. The aim of the report is to present and analyze Agile methodologies in the context of human resource management. The results of an online survey on the applicability of flexible methodologies in project and people management in Bulgarian companies in the IT sector are also presented.
