Abstract:
This report launches the essence of the concept of innovation through the eyes ofa kind of author's opinions. Emphasis is placed on the role and importance of innovation and the innovation process as a result of which the notion is determined that organizational competitiveness is determined mainly by the sustainability of the management approach. In this regard innovative management in particular the applied innovations and the promotion of labor creativity predetermine modern prosperity, in which the human potential is a necessary basis for achieving a competitive result that determines organizational success.
