Abstract: Business organizations use the potential of Big Data more and more in the era of digital challenges. Big Data Analytics enables better management decisions with better information available. They can improve operational performance, uplift productivity, and positively impact business revenues. The purpose of our paper is to study Big data in human resources management in the organization. It will be done by highlighting the opportunities for application in the main activities in the human resources management in Bulgarian companies.
