Abstract: The present study examines the generational features and specific requirements regarding the work environment and patterns of behavior of those born in the period 1995 – 2009, or also known as generation Z. Dynamics, innovative approaches in learning and communication, the constant growth of new technologies and psychological transformation, require a study of attitudes and habits of children of the future. The content raises important questions asked by managers in various areas of business and human resources management, and the research results will form the most important part of the issue and will prepare companies to meet the new leaders.
