Abstract: Leadership is directly related to the effective management of human resources, both in business organizations and in public sector organizations. The modern dynamically developing world presupposes new dimensions in considering the factors for effective management. In this regard, the successful management of the human factor should also be considered through the lens of "emotional intelligence", namely - the ability to identify, evaluate and manage one's own emotions and those of others. Therefore, the main purpose of this report is to explore the influence of emotional intelligence on the leadership behavior of managers.
