Abstract:
The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and the crisis caused as a result of the spread of the infection has changed the prevailing stereotypes and the way social life is organized. The crisis has caused enormous damage to a number of sectors of the economy on a national and global scale. The activity of the organizations operating in various sectors underwent transformations, as the main challenge aimed at stabilizing and restoring the enterprise to the pre-crisis level is also the preservation of the work team. In this regard, a number of flexible management decisions should be taken with a view to the rapid adaptation of enterprises to the changed legal framework and adequate management of employees in the conditions of the so-called new reality.
