Abstract:
Understanding the word resilient and the domains that are connected with it begins the deep research towards finding the improved competence profile of the prospective manager. The paper explores the connections between being resilient and having appropriate managerial skills (both inborn and learned). The problem appears to be really important in today’s world. The crisis changes the economy, changes the economical rules and changes the challenges that stay in front of the people responsible for managing the company, leading the others. How can we prepare our management students for such a challenge?
