Abstract:
One of the main factors for successful crisis management is employees' personal commitment and motivation to the successful implementation of management decisions. This is especially important when it is necessary to take non-traditional ones and the organization is in a state of emergency. The purpose of the report is to examine the specifics of communication with the employees in crisis situations and methods of increasing their commitment to the success of the organization.
