Abstract: This report examines the main challenges faced by the Bulgarian authorities, teachers, students and parents in learning in a digital environment. Special attention has been paid to the need to develop innovative teaching methods, combined with the constant need to invest in new knowledge of teaching staff in schools. The development has been provided with information relating to the online process from the 2020-2021 period. the final part of the report, conclusions are made and recommendations are created based on an analysis in development.
