Abstract: The report presents observations from a training of managers in coaching competencies - in practical skills to discover, support and stimulate the opportunities of their employees (collaborators) to learn and develop in the context of the dynamics in the organization and its environment, to motivate for high achievements in their work. Coaching is seen as an approach, as a conscious and purposeful intervention to "unlock" the potential of each employee in work groups and teams to maximize work achievements.
