Abstract: The report presents the results of a real-life study conducted with the Dr. Ichak Adizes Management Style Questionnaire in a industrial business organization. Time proven it is a fact that the successful functioning and development of the organization depends to a high degree on the activities of the managers, in particular – by their practiced management style. Management style has an impact as on significant internal organizational processes, of particular importance among which are employee motivation and job satisfaction, organizational culture and organizational behavior, as well as on the flexibility of the organization and its ability to adapt to changes.
