Human Resources Management is an indispensable part of a company's organisational structure that values professional recruiting, as well as skillfully motivating employees to perform and take care of their professional development. Nowadays, the HR team can be supported by various IT tools. The paper will discuss examples of how artificial intelligence methods are used in human resources analysis.
