INTERNATIONAL SCIENTIFIC AND PRACTICAL CONFERENCE "HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT", 2024, issue 1, 176-183

Abstract: In today's business world, it's more important than ever to understand how employees feel. This research explores open-source tools to analyze the sentiment of employee feedback. We developed a cost-effective Python script tailored to do sentiment analysis on text written by employees. For our methodology we used the TextBlob library to process textual data and evaluate the sentiment polarity. Initial tests confirm the script's effectiveness and precision. The findings of this research not only underscore the potential of free tools in sentiment analysis but also emphasize the importance of continuous feedback mechanisms in organizational settings.
