Abstract: In the current article, we will explore the main business processes that take place among the participants in the Laboratory for digital management in business (LDMB). The material is a continuation of previous developments outlining the vision for establishing the LDMB. The laboratory will combine participation from students and businesses, with its primary component for connecting them being a web-based platform, which has been introduced in other publications. The business processes among participants will include various activities to improve the student practical preparation, increase the relevance of educational courses, and support SMEs in the integration of digital technologies.
