INTERNATIONAL SCIENTIFIC AND PRACTICAL CONFERENCE "HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT", 2024, issue 1, 225-233

Abstract: The main discussion issues are related to the key role of the human factor in Industry 5.0. This provoked me to think about what HRM 5.0 will look like in Society 5.0, what are the new digital technologies for HRM and what should be the innovations for talent selection. In this report, we share our experience from the initiative HR: rush for practice at NBU, where knowledge is applied to the real challenges of the HR function of selection and assessment through an innovative digital pre-selection tool Pleggi. A new selection approach From Gen Z for Gen Z has been implemented.
