Abstract: Nowadays, there is more and more talk about the benefits of using digital technologies to optimize various operational activities. One of the areas in which the application of digital technologies would be useful for optimizing work time is precisely the area of human resources. This report aims to present a systematic reading of the main digital tools and systems for human resource management and in particular labor and pay reporting. In addition to their presentation, the report compares the main characteristics of these technologies.
