Abstract:
Digitization enables a number of companies to optimize large part of the processes related to the administration of human resources, such as creation of an electronic labor file, electronic documents related to labor legal relations, electronic employment book, etc. The purpose of this report is to the possibilities for innovative solutions related to the digitization of processes regarding labor relations, to be analyzed regulatory changes in this context and to discuss the benefits for employers, workers and institutions.
