Abstract: In this report an attempt is made to consider the possibilities of improving the qualifications of personnel. In this regard, the possibilities that can be used by both employers and unemployed and employed persons to improve qualifications have been examined consistently. The emphasis is placed on the opportunities for professional qualification through participation in programs and measures administered by the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy and the Employment Agency. Attention is paid to the opportunities for qualification under the National Action Plan and the Recovery and Resilience Plan.
