THE MEDIATION IN THE DIFFERENT PUBLIC SPHERES, 2025, issue 5, 129-139

Abstract: This paper summarizes the prospects offered by AI systems in the mediation process. The potential opportunities for swifter and more effective dispute resolution using technology are explored. Ethical considerations regarding bias and fairness are assessed both in terms of the risks that may arise from the use of AI and the tremendous opportunities it presents to overcome bias and achieve justice. The categorization of artificial intelligence systems in the context of EU law is also discussed.
