Abstract:
The unfortunate establishment of the educational environment as a zone of conflicts highlights the necessity for all participants in the educational process to be informed about the possibilities for resolving such conflicts in an entirely peaceful manner, including through out-of-court means. The team of Kindergarten “Izgrev" in Burgas presents their experience in training parents and teaching staff in the principles of mediation as an alternative method for resolving non-legal disputes.
