Abstract:
This manuscript provides a theoretical and practical overview of the possibilities and prospects for utilizing technologies based on artificial intelligence in mediation procedures. The main advantages and threats of applying AI algorithms in the mediation process are analyzed. Attention is also paid to neural networks as a promising technology with potential for application in mediation procedures.
