Every four years well known scientists and researchers from universities, public organizations and business in different countries meet in the Commodity Science Department at the University of Economics-Varna, Bulgaria to discuss important problems connected with commodity science, innovations, sustainability, etc. and find decisions. This book gathers together very interesting and innovative researches and analyses from the discussions
