Abstract: The digital distribution of insurances is a stage of insurers’ striving for achievement of a sustainable competitive advantage by providing the best possible customer’s experience. The human factor is a key factor in consulting, sales and control for adherence to the regulatory requirements of more complex insurance products. The modern employees need to adapt to the new requirements, increasing their digital competences.
