Abstract:
The aim of this article is to study the new profile of the business tourist and the key trends shaping modern business travel. It explores changes driven by digitalization, remote work and increased demand for flexible, personalized and sustainable travel experiences. The study highlights how business hotels are adapting their services, technology, and infrastructure to meet evolving expectations and post-pandemic requirements. Challenges faced by hotels in attracting and retaining business travelers are discussed, along with examples of innovative practices. The article concludes with recommendations for business hotels to remain competitive through agility, technology integration, and sustainability in a rapidly changing market.
