Strategic Aspects of Entrepreneurial Activity in the Context of Digital Technologies and Artificial Intelligence Systems

Abstract:
The article analyses research and highlights the author's perspective on the challenges facing strategic management in the context of the relationship between entrepreneurial activity and digital technologies. Results of an empirical study on the impact of digital technologies and AI on the entrepreneurial activity of translation organizations from Varna, Bulgaria are presented. The results of the study show that digitalization and AI have caused dynamics in the translation industry: on the one hand, AI is a major factor in the decline in the last two years, on the other hand, AI led to increased productivity. The study reveals that translation agencies have renewed services and processes through digital solutions; an important factor for entrepreneurial activity is the new market opportunity and successful entrepreneurial strategies are networking and a hocking- up strategy for a developing field of activity.
